Bukettraube
Bukettraube [bu-ket-trau-be] originates from Germany. A rare treat, it is a not a common variety to find anywhere in the world and is normally only sold in its areas of production as its shelf life is limited to about a year. It is a fantastic aperitif or digestif-styled white wine with residual sugar, although often described as having a muscat like bouquet, flavours include peaches, apricot and pear and when oaked it may yield slight buttery or spicy undertones.
