Cinsaut

[SaN-so] is a red wine grape. Often grown in South Africa and often referred to as Hermitage. As one of the parents of Pinotage it is held in high esteem within South Africa. It is often blended with other varietals to add softness and bouquet to a more Robust counterpart.
