Ruby Port

Ruby Port is the most extensively produced style of port. After the fermentation process the wine is stored in tanks made from concrete or stainless steel, which prevents oxidation and preserves the wines rich colouration. Then the wine is fined and cold filtered for bottling and generally it does not improve with age.
